Inspiration...Anastassia Elias

Pretty much from the beginning, I knew I wanted a series of scenes, but before I saw this work the image that I had in my head was that of boxes or shelves. Elias uses recycled toilet rolls to place scenes in, so there is the personal aspect of having to be in the right position to be able to see the scene properly. I also think that it makes the scenes much more interesting, as well as being a lot less generic - hopefully people will be drawn to them out of curiosity and stay because the scenes in them are interesting.
